Went in today and thought I had an appointment set up. Wound up I did not have one. They were able to get me in to be seen even though I messed the appointment up. They were beyond nice and went above and beyond what most doctor’s offices do. I highly recommend them, they actually care about their patients.

MacInnis is a GREAT dermatology business. Their service is one-time and the doctors and nurses are very professional - knowledge-wise and with good communication skills. Highly recommended with no reservations.

Very professional there

Very nice staff and Doctors. Front desk was a little dismissive but all is good. They’re pretty busy. Will go for annual follow up. Dr was kind and wrote down instructions and advice on moisturizers and referred me to a facial dermatologist. They - the exam room staff/Dr were patient and kind and were a wealth of help. Thank you.

Excellent dermatology clinic. They are thoughtful and professional. A very caring staff. Doctor Schroder is wonderful. Dr. Schroder is one of the best I've ever delt with. I am thankful I found them.

Was able to schedule an appointment promptly, experienced no delay in the waiting room and was given a clear explanation as to my condition and options for treatment. Couldn’t ask for more!
