MacInnis Dermatology has a wonderful staff from the front desk receptionist to their expert surgeons and assistants. Dr. vonHilsheimer has impeccable credentials and a superior bedside manner as do: Brook, Tonya, Jay-Jay and the entire team! The south Leesburg office is nestled within a beautiful homespun setting in the trees just off US-27 south of Leesburg and adjacent to the Sheriff's Ranches Thrift Store (near Publix at Lake Harris Plaza). I highly recommend MacInnis Dermatology for MOHS surgery, which is my first time experience, or for any of your dermatological needs!

Dr. S was on spot, head to bottom feet. Can ask and receive answers to my questions. Her assistant was terrific as well. Excellent visit even after biopsy on ear...no big white bandage. Good folks,front desk as well. Excellent visit. Scott

Great experience. Dr Schroeder is very pleasant and great to work with. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr Shroeder and the team at MacInnis Dermatology are professional, caring and experts in their field. I was checked in, met with staff and then the doctor. One of my spots was biopsied, I was given instructions on how to care for the area and told that I would receive the results by phone. All this transpired in less than 30 minutes.

This is a wonderful place! Everybody there is professional and friendly. I saw Dr Sara and Brooklyn and they took excellent care of me.
