I had my 6 month skin check this afternoon with Dr. Schroeder assisted by Carol, M.A. They allowed my wife to come into the exam room with me and explained each step of the exam. Their communication with us was very clear and comprehensive. At the end I felt very confident about keeping my skin healthy; with an action plan for prevention of skin cancer and grooming suggestions for comfort and management of my specific concerns. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. When I checked out, they even helped my wife make an appointment for a skin check of her own.

I think it's important to say that from the start I was put at ease. I can't say enough about how excellent my experience was. The staff and Dr. Chris N. were all so personable and nice. My concerns were addressed and the experience was so good I felt the need to hug my Dr. So, thank you Dr. Chris N., Tina, Shannon, Blair, and Brandy and the whole team there that makes it work! In and out very professional very knowledgeable

I have never been to a dermatologist before, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was so impressed and felt so comfortable and welcome. I have already recommended others to this office. The entire staff was just absolutely wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I saw Chris for the first time and he was the best! Carolina came to the rescue and quickly did a much needed extraction. The office staff is also so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice. They really care and it shows.

The best doctor appointment ever. Christian was fantastic with my concerns. Explained everything. Rachael was so helpful and friendly. The whole staff was great. I would tell anyone needing Derm care this is the olace.

This is the best dermatology office I've ever been to. The Doctors and Nurses are very professional, always friendly, and listen to my concerns without rushing out to get to the next patient. The staff at the front desk is the best! They're always willing to help when I have questions and have gone above and beyond to assist me with paperwork I've needed for insurance purposes. I've found a dermatology office I completely trust that I would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend MacInnis Dermatology. I travel extensively and had seen 5 other dermatologist around the country trying to diagnose my rosacea. The Sarah Yoho PA-C at MacInnis was the first to diagnose it correctly and to prescribe a cream that keeps it in check. She also was the first one to recommend I see an aesthetician to help correct the residual effects of the rash. Carolina is their in-house aesthetician and she is amazing! Not only have the IPL treatments for the rosacea been incredibly effective but she was also able to treat some old scar issue under my eyes which has virtually disappeared. The office staff in the Mt Doro office, Brandy and Tina, are friendly, helpful and very supportive. Again, I cannot recommend the entire staff highly enough! Thank you!!!
