I had a cherry angioma that was growing on my face near my hairline. I was tired of the comments I kept receiving about it, because it appeared like I had a bloody wound. I tried to hide it with cosmetics or my hair, but nothing worked. I visited MacInnis and met with Carolina Aguilar Oxley. She was wonderful, explaining everything to me and putting me totally at ease. She is very kind and gentle. After several laser treatments, the angioma had faded away, as well as some smaller ones that Carolina had found. I am extremely pleased with the results of the treatment. Carolina also recommended skincare products for me and my skin looks great. I now receive positive comments about my face. I highly recommend MacInnis Dermatology.

A note of thank you to MacInnis Dermatology. My visit this morning gave me assurance that there are still wonderful and caring people out there in the medical field. From the moment I walked in the door I had the feeling that this is a special place. Warm, kind and caring for sure but highly skilled and professional and above all ,honest people. Dr. "V" was just the most caring and honest Doctor that I have ever met. I'm 84 so I have seen a few. His Assistant, Michele, was also outstanding and so thorough, knowledgeable and patient friendly. If you ever need to see a Dermatologist there is simply none better.

Awesome!!! I am getting the greatest care from Dr. Schroeder. She is on her game and is very sensitive to your concerns about any scarring. I have been several times and have had one of her team members Sam assist and I could not be happier. They rock. Front desk is super and I appreciate their client service, since they are very organized and on point. I am 68 year old female with some skin residual from teenage sun . Very professional, and affordable; even for people who have no insurance, such as myself. I felt very comfortable with my skin exam and feel confident about the results. The doctor as well as staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.

This five star review is for Erica. Erica is truly a patient advocate. Erica had left me a message with important information and her direct extension. Yet, I still had several questions regarding the new medication prescribed. Erica and I had a telephone conversation and my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Thank you Erica as well as Nichole and Shari.

If you're looking for a dermatologist I highly recommend Macinnis. They've been super professional, very personable, and great bedside manner. Couldn't recommend them more. 🙂

I have had many Dermatologists in my 70+ years of careless exposure to the sun. Dr. MacInnis' Mount Dora office is deserving a 5 star rating. The staff is welcoming (Brandy, Tina) and helpful. Dr. Schroeder is compassionate but efficient as she does a full body scan looking for skin cancers (various levels) since my last 6 month visit. I have had routine checkups and Mohs procedures at this clinic. You will be well attended to here.
