BEST Dermatology experience I've had (prob ever:) I’m new 2 the state & was in search of a Dermatologist for occasional skin issues, continuation of PO medication, & yearly checks. Unfortunately, there was a month + wait 2 be seen as a "new patient," so I reluctantly took the appt time offered, but continued 2 call around 2 see if I could be seen somewhere else any sooner- I eventually came across a doctor who had an appt available just 3 weeks out, so I took it (still keeping the one w/Macinnis w/the intent of canceling once I saw the first available doctor). The staff (including NP) at the FIRST Dermatologist's office were cold & not friendly by any stretch of the imagination.. Additionally, when I asked to continue an EXTREMELY COMMON dermatological medication, the practitioner looked at me like she'd never even heard of it. Long story short, she refused to continue my script so I ended up keeping my appointment w/Macinnis. The two offices were like night & day; All the staff I encountered @ Macinnis were incredibly friendly & accommodating, plus I was seen by the most down to earth PA, Tonya (who like me, was baffled about the recent rx refusal, as they “write 4 it all the time”). I will not be going anywhere else for my dermatological needs from this point on, as this office is simply the best!!

When I moved here from Texas I asked for suggestions for new Doctors in the area. Dr. MacInnis' name kept popping up, so I thought I would try her. I've now been going to her and her PA-C's for 6 years now and am so please with my care. I usually see her PA-C Sarah Yoho and always feel confident that she takes time to hear my concerns and take care of any problems she may find. Her medical Assistant, Ana was such a delight to talk to as she got me ready to see Sarah. She and Sarah make such a good team! If you need a GREAT Dermatologist, you can't go wrong with this group!!

Excellent staff! Facility is very nice and clean. Plenty of parking in back if needed. I see Dr. Schroeder when she comes to Leesburg. Very kind and gentle professional. The entire staff is warm and efficient. Highly recommend. They work with FL Blue.

Being new to Mount Dora, I was pleasantly surprised by such excellent service yesterday during my first visit to Macinnis Dermatology. Tara, the medical assistant was Exceptional! She took time with me to go over my history and concerns. She was professional, knowledgeable, and completely genuine. My whole experience was fantastic and I’m so happy I found them!!

I really like Dr. MacInnis and her staff. Very friendly, thorough and I’ve never had to wait for very long for my appointment. I highly recommend, they are very caring and helpful.

Rachael the medical assistant was very efficient and also very nice. Love to have this type of nurse.
