This is the best dermatology office I've ever been to. The Doctors and Nurses are very professional, always friendly, and listen to my concerns without rushing out to get to the next patient. The staff at the front desk is the best! They're always willing to help when I have questions and have gone above and beyond to assist me with paperwork I've needed for insurance purposes. I've found a dermatology office I completely trust that I would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend MacInnis Dermatology. I travel extensively and had seen 5 other dermatologist around the country trying to diagnose my rosacea. The Sarah Yoho PA-C at MacInnis was the first to diagnose it correctly and to prescribe a cream that keeps it in check. She also was the first one to recommend I see an aesthetician to help correct the residual effects of the rash. Carolina is their in-house aesthetician and she is amazing! Not only have the IPL treatments for the rosacea been incredibly effective but she was also able to treat some old scar issue under my eyes which has virtually disappeared. The office staff in the Mt Doro office, Brandy and Tina, are friendly, helpful and very supportive. Again, I cannot recommend the entire staff highly enough! Thank you!!!

I have a history of skin cancer. When I moved to Florida last year it was important for me to find a dermatologic practice that I felt was capable of me based upon my medical history. I am incredibly fortunate to have discovered Dr. MacInnis and her wonderful staff. I have lived multiple states. I have had several dermatologists. I absolutely trust Dr. MacInnis and am grateful for her skill and her ability to explain things to me in terms I understand, I cannot ask for anything more in a physician. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the staff in the Mount Dora office. I had an appointment on this past Friday (1/13/23) when I arrived Brandy warmly greeted me. Each time I have visited the Mount Dora office I have received the same sort of warm reception. The care I received from Dr. MacInnis and her assistant was first rate. Checking out and scheduling my next appointment was also handled in a friendly and efficient manner. I absolutely recommend Dr. MacInnis. I also recommend the Mount Dora office because the maintains the highest degree of professionalism while simultaneously treating me like I am a human being.
