Dr. Folkes is flat out AMAZING!!! If you have any idea how hard it is to find and actually make an appointment with a dermatologist — much less an excellent one — you can already thank me for this tip in the form of a review. After an experience in a large Winter Park dermatology company office where I could not get a diagnosis in an atmosphere that was the opposite of professional patient care — MacInnis has provided a MIRACLE in Dr. Folkes. She immediately identified the problem in a manner that was reassuring, caring, and extremely professional. You know, the kind of thing you might expect from a doctor. Dr. Folkes is a veritable “unicorn” — not mythical at all, but if you need or want to see a dermatologist you’d better book an appointment soon or you might think she is!!! Staff members Alyssa (PA) and receptionist Miranda were also outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about this place and my experience there!!!
